As Team Manager, my responsibilities encompass the following:
 - Overseeing the scheduling of project assignments to my team members.
 - Delegating tasks to team members based on their respective skills and expertise.
 - Conducting one-on-one meetings with team members to facilitate career development, provide motivation, and offer guidance.
 - Identifying training requirements and providing opportunities for skill enhancement.
 - Monitoring team progress and maintaining comprehensive documentation of their growth and development.

IIn parallel to my Team Manager responsibilities, I continue to serve as an Engineer.

As Team Leader, I spearheaded and released the Amazon Business integration feature.
During this project, my responsibilities included:
 - Collaborating with the Business side to gather requirements.
 - Collaborating with Amazon Engineers to facilitate the integration of Bill One Business Card.
 - Full system design.
 - Task creation and delegation.
 - Project management, including schedule management, task prioritization, and team coordination.
 - Collaboration with QA for testing purposes.

After 2 years working on the Sansan product I moved to Bill One.
During this time my team and I developed and released Bill One Business Card, our company’s first move towards fintech.

As Product Lead I do the following:
 - Work with the Product Manager and Designer to determine feature specifications.
 - Collaborate with Infcurion (Xard) engineers to implement specific APIs.
 - Create and plan user stories. Determining story relationships and schedule.
 - Coordinate with QA to create test cases.
 - Estimate the total cost of our project.
 - Share specifications and clarify any misunderstandings with Engineers.

In parallel to my Product Lead responsibilities, I continued to serve as an Engineer.
One notable feature that I spearheaded, from planning to implementation and release, was a two-factor authentication system. This feature is used when users attempt to display sensitive card information, such as the full credit card number or verification code.

During this time I worked on the Sansan product.
My role here included researching and developing new features that would make the product more marketable and competitive in the global market. One big feature I worked on was to create a business card by reading the signature of an email.
